With sun and surf on the horizon, it’s hard not to fall for this season’s collection of itsy-bitsy bikinis in irresistible prints and patterns, and stylish one piece swimsuits that are anything but boring. And for those lucky enough to hit the beach this month on Spring Break, I’m so jealous! I’m officially on the countdown until summer over here.
But swimsuit shopping is all fun and games until you’re actually trying all of them on, am I right? Fortunate for you, we’ve seeded out the bad ones and rounded up a few of the best swimsuits to put on your radar for summer this year. See, I’m a huge online shopper, so I find myself ordering my suits and trying them on at home. I can’t say I never strike out anymore, but I do keep an eye out for how much coverage they offer on the bum, how the lines will flatter curves, and what the reviews say. Check out a few of the ones that have made the cut, and why, below. Happy swimsuit shopping! Cheers, Kat

This colorful woven suit is a show-stopper, for sure. It’s bright and vibrant, and has details that will have people stopping you to know where it’s from! The style offers good coverage, without seeming too conservative.
Mara Hoffman ushers in romantic florals with this set, and I could not be more obsessed. The underwire offers good support, and the florals are neutral enough to last you many spring breaks to come.
I love the idea of a sporty take on the classic black ‘kini – and this is it. This suit would be great for an active day on the beach. The price point is totally doable, too.
Beautiful neutrals combine to create the most show stopping one piece bathing suit from Free People. I love the ruching and cut outs which show just enough skin.
This bandeau top offers some support for your girls; it has a v-wire and removable straps. As for the bottoms, ruched sides provide a flattering, non-binding fit on the hips with moderate-to-cheeky lines. The beautiful, dreamy pattern in pretty pastels makes this set a team favorite.
This off-the-shoulder bandeau style bikini top features a femme ruffle overlay, and is very on-trend. But be forewarned; the matching bottoms are a bit cheeky. Good news is that if you want a little more coverage, you can easily match with another solid pair.
The struggle is always real when you’re traveling from cold to warmer weather, am I right?! And especially when packing space is limited in a carry-on suitcase. But instead of letting this little scenario infringe on your vacay vibes, stick with a few key pieces that will transition you seamlessly in comfort and style.
Those pieces, for me, always include a light coat that’s easily packable and doesn’t take up too much room. This trench is an absolute must-have when traveling, and it even has removable lining for more warmth if needed. I also always like to travel with a hat so I don’t have to worry too much about my hair. I prefer to wear my colder weather wool hat en-flight, while carrying my warm weather panama hat for once I land.
Since flights are always on the chilly side, I like to cozy up with a cashmere sweater. I’ve found the ivory color doesn’t make it feel heavy, even when I’m walking off the tarmac in 80-degrees weather. And because I know I’ll likely ditch the sweater when I de-board I wear a white bodysuit or a tank.
Along with a pair of ankle jeans, I always like to wear closed toe shoes when traveling, but they can’t feel too heavy or be clunky boots…that’s why I gravitate towards these stylish silver oxfords. While not sandals, I consider them a pair that can be worn all season long. And they just so happen to be some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve bought.
And to accessorize, because more is always more on vacation, I just picked up these fun gold bangles that are pool-ready and so fabulous. They’re made from a material that won’t ever fade in color, so you can wear them in the water, plus they are so light! You can easily nail the arm stack, and major statement effect, without the extra added weight that a ton of bracelets tend to bring.
Lastly, the white luggage totally adds to the warm weather vibes. Isn’t is so gorgeous?! But don’t fret; if you’re nervous about investing in white luggage, just know that the white is easily wiped down if you do scuff it. The cognac leather also protects all of the places that might naturally get dinged up in transit. Oh and this white tote bag is perfect for day, night, or even the pool…so versatile for your trip!

I’m always intrigued by the latest-and-greatest beauty gadget like the rest. Give me something that will address my laugh lines, hide those Crow’s Feet and give me that goddess glow and I’m all in. So you can understand how excited I was to recently try the Conture Skin Toning System. I was able to get a first peek at the system before it launches today on QVC, 10 pm EST on The Find. Like all good things that launch on QVC, it will probably sell out quickly, plus with this package price, you’ll enjoy months of treatment rather than one trip to the med spa.
If you’re not familiar with Conture’s skincare tools and products it’s okay, I wasn’t either until recently. And trust me, you’re going to want to educate yourself today. They offer an easy and painless at-home device that claims some pretty impressive anti-aging skincare results, along with solid clinical research to prove it.
So what is it? And what does it DO?! The Conture Skin Toning System is a non-invasive (read: no harsh or scary procedures) device that helps fight signs of aging, while improving your skin’s texture and radiance. And it didn’t take me long to realize that the magic behind Conture’s Kinetic Skin Toning System is definitely all in its low-frequency vibrations that it sends through your skin. When I was using it, I could definitely feel it working…almost like a super soft suction all over my face and neck. Think med-spa style; the Conture Skin Toning Device uses their gentle vacuum technology to first lift the skin, then release the vibrations to stimulate and tone.
If you’re reading this and you’re as intrigued as I was when I learned about it, get this: Conture has clocked over 250,000 hours of clinical research that backs its claims of the increase in radiance, evenness and firmness. I was completely hooked when I learned this, hence why I was so quick to give the device a whirl and gush about it on here.
The anti-aging system is super easy to use, and for good measure, it comes with an AMAZING instruction manual that explains exactly how to use it at home, along with tips when you watch the application tutorial video (I highly suggest watching this first). When I was using it, I could see what Conture was saying about not overdoing it though too; my skin was tender around the delicate eye area after concentrating on it a little too long.
But I think you’ll find that this device and product line is definitely worthy of adding to your skincare routine. Since the goal is to improve and maintain your toned skin, you’ll get the best results by using a great day cream and night cream after using the device, and being consistent with actually using it all. I’ve tried the Kinetic AM Ignition Lotion and Kinetic PM Recovery Crème which both feel great, but you can also use your own favorite lotion if you’ve got one that you love.
Okay so now the good news! As I mentioned above, QVC is launching a promo TODAY with a special package price for everything…the device, the serum, the day cream and night cream for just $179 (!). Set a reminder on your phone for 10 PM EST on The Find on QVC for this amazing deal, friends, because this is a STEAL. I just may stock up for later!!! Truly, MKR
