I’m an Ayurvedic practioner and love that people are becoming more open to the value of this ancient wisdom. Sebatian Pole’s book is a great resource. Just thought I would note that if you want to make dry brushing more effective, follow with abhyanga (self massage) with an oil suited for your dosha. This is one of the best self care practices and helps to move the lymph fluid which stays stagnant without manual stimulation.

Hi Christina! Thanks so much for your comment. I will definitely keep that in mind about the self massage after the dry brushing. Last week I went and got an Indian scalp massage the other day at a local Ayurvedic studio and absolutely loved it. I plan to put a few of techniques to work in my weekly routine! xo
