…had grand plans of posting all sort of summer time goodness through Sunday, and then I realized it was a holiday weekend. A holiday weekend where I actually have Friday and Monday scheduled off yet I’m sitting here at 11:30 pm working! So loves, that’s it. It’s time to do a little less working and a lot more living. Truth is I’ve been a little lost in the day to day, the grind, the hustle. And while that is all good and fine, and I love it (and I do love it), it’s not what will be holding my hand in the end.
Yesterday I saw THIS video and “WOW”, what a perspective shifter. It reminded me of my favorite video/lecture, which is long but SO worth it (so is the book)! Things like this, people like this, remind us of what is important. So I’m taking back my weekend. Redesigning it if you will. The hubs and I are off for an adventure filled couple of days, and we’re doing it all with a little help from my friends over at Southeast Toyota (I mean is there a better way to road trip?). So I will see you all again on Tuesday, and per usual you can follow along with all of my shenanigans on Instagram.

Oh my goodness…that video. Wow, just wow. Ugly cried through the entire thing. What an amazing young man. May God bless those he left behind. This is one I won’t soon forget.
