A Gray Malin hangs in my apartment, reminding me about the trip we’ve been planning for almost a year… it’s finally time for our Amalfi Coast vacation! To say that I’m excited to see this slice of Italy in all its glory is an understatement. And by the time you’re reading this, I’m sitting on a train with my boyfriend, heading to Positano.
After our trip to Big Sur and Yosemite last year, I was bit pretty hard by the travel bug. Upon seeing our blogger friend Jacquelyn’s trip to the Amalfi coast last year, I set my sights on this beautiful place. Funny enough, it’s turned into quite the popular vacation spot for bloggers this summer, and each gorgeous snap has made me more and more anxious to see it for myself.
For months, we researched ways to travel like a pro and saved for the 8-day stint in Italy. I wanted to be sure our first European vacay went off without a hitch, so I read up on all of tips on how to beat jet leg and where to find the holes in the wall for the best seafood in town.
