As of late I’ve had a total obsession with wallpaper. The way I’ve seen it transform my new home (office and powder room…love to Meredith Heron for being my inspiration with the office) has already made me begin dreaming about the next house. And in the next house it will be all about hand painted paper. Preferably Gracie or de Gournay! Can you imagine a dinning room or master suite with one of these gorgeous murals on it?! Ugh, I’m ready to move now (don’t tell the Mr.)!
Quick side note about my experience with wallpaper. Pay the money and have a PROFESSIONAL hang it! I was a tad sticker shocked when hiring mine, but it was well worth it. He himself was an artist. Lining each sheet perfectly, wrapping all of the sockets and light fixtures, not a bubble to be seen…truly perfection.
