When the sun starts to shine, my wardrobe slowly starts reflecting a brighter outlook as well.  And while I don’t typically wear yellow, I couldn’t pass up this flirty and fun Michael Michael Kors dress.  Though I paired it with my trusty leather jacket and favorite neutral wedges to balance out the brightness just a tad.  And have I mentioned how amazingly comfortable these wedges are?  Yes they’re expensive, but I’ve worn them through the airport (which is any shoe’s true test) four times now and haven’t felt a moment of pain.  I love them so much, I’m even contemplating the black pair as an early birthday present to myself.  I mean you can’t put a price on comfort.  Truly, MKR

Some days you want to put on an outfit that just makes you feel happy.  And what’s happier than big yellow blooms?  While this Milly ensemble as a whole is more appropriate for warmer weather (I wore it in Mexico last month) when split up the pieces make for a great transition into Spring.  Pair the skirt with a jean jacket like I did, or throw on the top with some black skinnies and heels.  And what you can’t see is that I’m wearing one of my favorite new undergarments, a black bodysuit from Spanx.  The bodysuit is the perfect piece to wear under a jacket or blazer, and because it’s Spanx it helps keep it all right and tight.  So here’s to a whole heap full of happy and transitioning into Spring.  Truly, MKR
