When coming up with the bridal style for our Bohemian Wedding I wanted to create an easy bohemian vibe with a touch of glamour.  Choosing the dress was honestly the easiest part as there was really only one option.  BHLDN.  When you think bohemian, gypset chic you think BHLDN.  And while the dress stood on it’s own merits I wanted to add a little extra Kate Moss esque feeling which was accomplished by the gorgeous marabou jacket from Kelly’s Closet.  Rounding out the look I stacked bracelet upon bracelet and the brides hair fell in loose waves thanks to Claudia Mejerle, accented by a stunning headpiece.  This piece was actually meant to be worn as a headband, but it had much more impact by placing it on the forehead instead.

With the groom I needed the look to walk the line of casual yet wedding day formal.  For this I chose easy suiting from J.Crew with an open bow tie and monk strap shoes.  All in all, I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and may have cried just a little when I had to give the marabou jacket back.  Big thanks to Lindsay Coletta for letting me be a part of her bohemian day dream, and to all the other Creatives that were involved.   And if you haven’t already, make sure to check out Part I of our Bohemian Wedding HERE.  truly, MKR

On a hot fall day at a tepee farm in Northern Georgia I had the pleasure of helping my friend and florist Lindsay Coletta, bring her dream of a bohemian wedding to life.  Think flowers of every color.  Pink quartz and crystals trimmed in gold.  Mis-matched, delicate vintage tableware.  Candles just dripping with wax.  And a rustic table to contrast and pull everything together.  Oh, and did I mention the alpacas?!  I mean if you have a tepee then obviously you must have alpacas.  Alpacas wearing flowers of course.  So my Loves, I welcome you to a bohemian wedding.  Cheers!  truly, MKR
