Hello, friends. While we wait to hear those familiar words from Jim Nantz, we take a second to give a proper ode to golf and The Masters 2015. Rich in tradition, The Masters is considered by golfers and spectators to be one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events. Not only is it invitation-only, it’s nearly impossible to snag a seat to watch (though if you do, make it a Wednesday to catch a possible celebrity sighting).
The pristine course is considered to stretch across basically hollowed ground at this point, and the grub, the sips and the attire are nothing short of legendary. And let’s not forget about the coveted Green Jacket.
Even if we can’t make it to Augusta for the 79th tournament next week, we’ll be paying tribute to The Masters in true WOM-style (as MKR cheers on Rickie Fowler and I root for my boy, Adam Scott). So without further ado, here is our Ode to Golf and The Masters 2015, a tradition unlike any other. Cheers, Kat
