How to Have the Best Thanksgiving Dinner

Easy Tips to Entertain This Holiday

The secrets to a great Thanksgiving dinner?  Well it may not be as simple as a 1, 2 and 3, but I like to think you’ll be in a great spot if you: plan for a great menu (with cocktails flowing), set up some festive decor and set aside time, above all, to give thanks.

We recently shared our clickable Field Guide to the Thanksgiving Season, a great place to start as you’re planning your own gathering for Turkey Day. One of the biggest takeaways I gained from working on the guide: set the table the day before!  And of course, a proper feast is a must.  Click through the slideshow above to read more tips for the best Thanksgiving dinner.  Cheers, Kat

Hello! Your Thanksgiving guide is just beautiful and I’m incredibly inspired. I would love to use the conversation cards, but I am having trouble downloading. Do you have any tips on how to download from the guide? Thanks!

Thanks so much McKenzie! The printables should lead you to this page: http://www.jenngietzen.com/freebies, where you can print directly. Let me know if this doesn’t work! xo

  • I’m so in love with the turkey plates! The tablescape in the photo above is beautiful, I wish I had that many people to invite over! Time to get a bigger family 😀 xx http://www.celebratingthislife.ca
