With the holiday weekend upon us, it’s time to break out those summer whites and celebrate the season of sun. And I couldn’t think of any better way than by partnering with one of our favorite brands, Ann Taylor, and sharing my essential warm weather pieces to carry me through the weekend.
Essential one: a white sweater. Dressed up with a skirt, or paired with shorts for a more casual look, a lightweight sweater should be a staple in everyone’s summer closet. I loved this one so much I also grabbed it’s striped sister version, because stripes are never a bad idea.
Essential two: wedges. I love a great heel, there’s no denying that, but I don’t love the pain that my beautiful heels often bring. The solution: wedges. Wedges provide the coveted height of heels without the hurt. And these specific wedges with their soft tan coloring are the perfect neutral to match just about everything.
