I’ve always been a fan of a great at-home bar. I strongly believe it’s a must-learn life skill to mix up classic cocktails, and as an avid host, it’s important to provide an array...
Looking back on Easter as a child, I remember how excited I was to dig through my Easter basket. Full of chocolate bunnies, malt ball Easter eggs, Peeps, golden coins, and my favorite Cadbury...

Happy Friday Loves! I’m starting a new tradition, Friday Musts, Lusts and Loves. A way to share with you all what I’ve been obsessing over all week in one perfectly packaged post for Pining, plotting and inspiring a delightful weekend. Phew that’s a lot of P’s. Anyway, I’d love if you shared with me what you’ve been swooning over all week! xoxo
LOVE…Dessert styling is HUGE now. And while I love dessert tables and all that jazz they are often focused on kid themed events and weddings. Being that I don’t have kids and already planned a wedding it leaves me extremely impressed with all of the stylists talents, but a tad underwhelmed. So when I spied this Hermes Dessert Table over on Sugar Chic Designs I fell in complete love. Classic-stylish-orange-perfection. Ugh, still swooning.
LUST…as most of you know I’m decorating a new home. And my latest interior obsession is ghost chairs and anything lucite. Though not new to the design scene the classic chair has been around for who knows how long, but so many other edgy pieces are also calling my name. I love the unexpected twist these pieces give to a more classic design. I’m especially obsessed with the orange color, again with the orange…obsessed.
MUST…these green spotted brocade pants from ASOS. They look bright and edgy, but don’t be scared. Mine just arrived and I’m obsessed. Simple black cami, black blazer, major necklace and some fun heels and you are good to go. I also adore THESE from J.Crew but ASOS has a much friendly price tag.
With tons of exciting projects down the pipeline and the return of our Waiting on Martha Home Pop-Up Shop just in time for the holidays, well…we’ve got our hands full! Therefore, Waiting On Martha, Inc., is thrilled to announce several exciting and immediate job openings to join the team. All interested applicants can email their resume and references to Liz at Liz@waitingonmartha.com and we hope you’ll consider joining our small, but mighty WOM team! Truly, MKR

Get ready for a big dose of pretty, friends, because the AERIN Williams Sonoma Home Collection has just been released, and it is BEYOND. I recently got a sneak peek at the dinnerware, glassware and decor pieces and can assure you: you’ll fall in love with every. single. piece.
And because it’s that good, I want to invite you to join me this Thursday night at the brand new Williams-Sonoma, The Avalon here in Atlanta to feast your eyes on all of these gorgeous pieces, and chat all about entertaining tips and tablescape styling ideas!
It’s true that ever since the second that I heard Williams-Sonoma was teaming up with AERIN brand founder Aerin Lauder for an exclusive home and table collection, I have been in anxious anticipation to see it all! For as long as I can remember, I’ve admired Aerin’s seemingly effortless grace and ability to create beauty in whatever she touches. And the Aerin Williams Sonoma Collection, as I expected, masterfully captures outdoor entertaining at its best, with inspiration from Palm Springs and a nod to green grass, beautiful blue skies and seas. The pieces create a playful pattern play that begs for nights al fresco all summer long. And, you know I can’t ever resist a blue and white tabletop.
But more on the collection itself; tune back in tomorrow to see how I incorporated a few of her gorgeous pieces into my everyday and in the meantime, mark your calendars for this Thursday night at Williams-Sonoma store at The Avalon. The event runs from 7-8:30 pm, so don’t feel like you need to stay the whole time…feel free to pop in whenever! I’m so looking forward to seeing you there! Truly, MKR
