Juliska has and always will be one of my absolute favorite brands. Founded by self described “unabashed romantics,” Capucine and David Gooding, founded Juliska in 2001 with a colleciton of 40 historic Bohemian glasses. Focusing on “loving life and living well” Juliska has quickly become one of the leading home brands in America and one you’ll constantly see in my own designs. In fact yesterday I shared my Woodland Wonderland which has numerous pops of Juliska magic. And if you were paying attention I also shared a little (or rather BIG) contest Juliska is hosting.
Juliska wants to see how you are styling and sharing your own Juliska Joy this holiday season. Simply tag your Instagram photos with the hashtag #JuliskaJoy and you could win a $1,000 shopping spree! And because I have my fingers and toes crossed that I’ll be that lucky winner I’ve rounded up my favorite Juliska pieces for you all. Good luck Loves! Truly, MKR

With all the Black Friday sales happening earlier than ever it can get a tad confusing. So I thought it best to break down my top 5 weekend sales and share what I’m buying for friends, family and myself of course. Like these C. Wonder Snow Day appetizer plates, the necklace I’ve been swooning over from Lulu, a little Piperlime sparkle for NYE, a blanket that’s just Bien from Madewell, and I mean how was I supposed to pass up the sale on sale from Tory Burch?! Happy shopping Loves! Truly, MKR

This holiday season I’ve teamed up with one of my favorites, La Crema, (you may remember my Virtual Vintner dinner party and adventures of harvest) and five other amazing bloggers to help you gift the ones you hold dear. We’re not only sharing our best and brightest gift ideas, but also giving away SIX (yes SIX) $350 Visa Gift Cards to help you spread the love.
This year for a lot of my personal gift giving I’m sharing my passion of food. So it was only natural my gift guide be one for the Chef, filled with olive oils, the pepper mill I’ve been pinning after, Le Creuset because obviously you need Le Creuset, vintage bread boards, and wine. Lots and lots of wine. And while I enjoy La Crema all year round (wine clubanyone?) they’ve made gifting truly easy this season by putting together sets for every wine lover on your list. One of my favorites is the Perfect Pairing Set which includes the Perfect Pairings book by Ryland, Peters and Small and the Monterey Pinot Noir (always a classic). Some of my other favorites; the Case of Mondays Varietal Pack (which I would love to have received today), and the Shell Ridge Pinot and Nine Barrel. Two La Crema wines that were new to me but I had the pleasure of enjoying while I was in Sonoma. The Nine Barrel is particularly special (and great for gifting) because each year the winemaking team selects nine truly exceptional barrels of Russian River wines to create a blend without equal. And like all good things, when it’s gone it’s gone, there’s no replicating a specific year or barrel.
And because everyone loves a little Pinterest we’ll be sharing some of our favorite gift guide picks as well as some great homemade ideas on La Crema’s Holiday Gift Guide Board. Now who want to win those $350 Visa Gift Card? Good luck Loves! Truly, MKR
It was brought to my attention yesterday that over a quarter of you have already completed your holiday shopping!? I immediately thought, “Seriously a quarter of you, that’s crazy?!” And then I thought, “What do you do now, just sit back and sip egg nog while the rest of us scramble?!” And I realized sipping egg nog sounded way better than fighting all the holiday crazy that is about to commence. So with that I bring you the first, but definitely not the last of our holiday gift guides.
And because it’s better to give than receive (at least that’s what they tell me), we’re starting the season off right by giving away a $200 gift card below to one of Team WOM’s favorites, Shopbop. Shopbop just opened their Holiday Gift Shop and it’s full of everything you need for everyone on your list plus there’s East Dane for the men in your life. So my Loves, let’s get gifting! Truly, MKR
Okay I admit it, I’m not a huge fan of Halloween. I’m a fan just not a huge fan. I like the candy, the kids costumes (I don’t do costumes) and the haunting side of it all, but if I’m being honest it runs a little too close to my favorite holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) to get my full attention. However, I do like that Halloween kicks of the holiday season, it does fall during my absolute favorite season fall, and I’ve been known to love a skull motif, so this year I’m trying to get a little more in the spirit. Happy Haunting Loves! Truly, MKR
